Ron Clark Academy’s First Graduates Honored at Star-Studded Affair

RonClarkGraduation-0001O, what a night!  The inaugural class at the Ron Clark Academy is celebrated at Georgia Tech’s Ferst Center on Wednesday, June 16, 2010.  Ron Clark opens the event in grand fashion and keeps it green and program free, keeping the show secret and saving the earth.

First, Yolanda Adams joins RCA on stage and adds something special to her song, “The Best of Me,” a piece the RCA students regularly perform and have made their own throughout their middle school education.

Rounding out the evening and sending the kids off in style, a personal appearance by two members of the Grammy-award winning group Boys II Men brought more tears to the room.
